Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. We appreciate your business and offer you free shipping on all orders of $500 or more (before taxes).

Do you ship outside of Canada?
No. At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada.

Do you charge taxes on my purchases?
With the new HST tax rules in Ontario, The Whole Package is considered a “small supplier” by the Canada Revenue Agency and is no longer required to charge taxes until such time that we no longer fit the small supplier criteria. No tax will be charged on your purchases. This may change in the future.
              
How far in advance should I submit my gift order?
Most single orders can be sent within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. For larger orders, we may require 1-2 weeks for orders to be shipped out. Some large event orders may require up to three weeks for delivery.  Please take this into consideration when placing your order.  If you require your gifts by a certain date, please let us know when you place your order with us and we will do everything possible to accommodate your time restrictions. If possible, please place your large orders early.

Can I fax you my order?
Yes, you can easily submit your order by fax. Download our Fax Order Form, fill out the required information. If we require further information about your order, we will contact you. You can fax us toll free at 1-888-765-6616.

Do you have a catalogue available?
We do not have a paper-based catalogue available at the present time. Our website provides details of our current gift selection. We will continue to add to our selection, so check back often.

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your gift from The Whole Package, please contact us and we will contact you promptly to identify the situation further and work with you to resolve the issue.

How will my gift items be delivered?
The Whole Package ships all local orders using a local courier (R&S Express) within London, Ontario. Orders outside of London are shipped using Purolator Ground and your gift may take two or more business days from the time of shipment, unless indicated otherwise. If I order an event favor, what ribbon colours can I choose from?
We can help you select the perfect colour to match the theme of your event. Our beautiful, satin ribbons are available in two sizes – a 3/8 inch and 5/8 inch and are in the following colours:  Black, Red, Brown, White, Light Grey, Pewter, Steel Grey, Light Pink, Hot Pink, Burgundy, Light Blue, Turquoise, Aqua, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Orchid (Light Purple), Purple, Light Green, Kiwi, Forest Green, Lemon, Orange, Ivory and Tan.

Why can’t I order event favors online?
We understand that every event is unique and that favors should accurately reflect the theme and feeling of your special event. We want to work with you to find the right gift for your guests.
