How will my gift items be delivered?

The Whole Package, or a local courier, hand deliver all orders within Winnipeg and the southern portion of the Interlake. Orders outside of these areas are shipped using UPS or Canada Post.  Your gift may take up to two or more business days from the time of shipment, unless indicated otherwise. How far in advance should I submit my gift order?

Most single orders can be sent within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. For larger orders, we may require 1 -2 weeks for orders to be shipped out.  Please consider this when placing your order. If you require your gifts by a certain date, please let us know when you place your order with us and we will do everything possible to accommodate your time restrictions. If possible, please place your larger orders early.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes. We appreciate your business and offer you free shipping on all orders of $500 or more, shipping to one address. 10% off your total order, before shipping & taxes, if shipping to multiple addresses.  Please contact us at info@thewholepackage.ca or (204) 513-1914 for more information.
