Shipping & Delivery
All orders within Winnipeg, Manitoba and the southern portion of the Interlake, including, but not limited to, Argyle, Grosse Isle, Rosser, Stonewall, Stony Mountain, Warren and Woodlands will be hand delivered by The Whole Package or a local courier. The cost of shipment is a flat fee of $12.50 per delivery location for the first 3 gifts and an additional $5.00 for each gift thereafter. All gifts will be packaged appropriately to ensure the safe delivery of your gift selection.
Orders Outside Of The Specified Locations
Orders outside of the specified locations above will be shipped using Fedex or Canada Post. Your gift may take up to 2 or more business days from the time of shipment, unless indicated otherwise. All gifts are securely packaged to allow for safe delivery. The Whole Package is not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package, or incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed.
Hand Delivery of Gifts
Hand delivery of gifts require a telephone number for the recipient. If no one is at home when we attempt delivery, our drivers will call the gift recipient to see where they can safely leave the gift. If no one can be reached, the driver will leave the package at a safe place without obtaining a signature. If the gift cannot be left safely and no one can accept the delivery, the gift will be returned to The Whole Package for redelivery. A redelivery charge of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card. Delivery to commercial locations must include suite and floor number. Hospital delivery must include room number and confirmation that the patient is still admitted for the date of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made after the patient has been released.
Liable For Damages
All gifts are securely packaged to allow for safe delivery. The Whole Package is not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not there to receive the package, or incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed. Once your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the carrier, The Whole Package is no longer held liable for damages caused by delivery delays due to weather, carrier malfunctions and the like. Any replacement claims for non-delivery must be filed with The Whole Package within 7 days of the expected delivery date to be considered eligible for replacement. We retain proof of delivery slips for 7 days after the expected date. After this 7 day period, replacements for non-delivery will not be considered or investigated.
At the current time, we do not offer same day shipping from date of order. However, next day is available for small orders. Please consider this when placing larger orders. Gift orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered or shipped on the next business day. Gift orders requiring a specific delivery date must be indicated at checkout. During the busy holiday season please place your orders early to ensure prompt delivery. In the summer months, gifts containing perishable items will be shipped with ice packs if needed and are subject to additional charges in order to ensure freshness.
